PURPOSE:
•THE MAIN MOTIVE OF THIS PROJECT IS TO HELP AND rescue animals in emergency cases if there are available volunteers and transportation.

•Animal cruelty MUST be stopped on the spot, and then reported immediately to your barangay officials and/or police hotline 911. Pet neglect is also a serious offense and irresponsible owners must be held accountable.
